As Muslims across the globe commence this year's Ramadan fasting, a chieftain of APC in the state of Osun, Elder Peter Adebayo Babalola has advised them to use the period for the renewal of their submission piety and steadfastness to the service of Almighty God.
In his felicitation message, Babalola enjoined them to seize the opportunity of the period to increase their spirituality, brotherhood and charity as exhibited by Prophet Mohammed (SAW) while on earth.
He also implored them to use this fasting period to pray for a peaceful transition as the state is preparing for the governorship election this year.
Babalola however prayed that Allah will accept all their acts of devotion, forgiveness and charity during the Holy month and reward them with His most beautiful and befitting paradise.
